Shipping
For Orders shipping in Thailand will be processed and shipped by Thaipost within 3-5 business days.
For international order, once confirmed, the item will be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days or sooner.
A tracking number will be sent via Email.
We are happy to assist our customers with such shipping arrangements prior to purchase.

For all orders both in Thailand and internationally, the price displayed at checkout does include shipping fee but does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.

* We reserve the right to cancel or partially fulfill an order if errors or inaccuracies are identified. A full refund will be issued for any affected items.
* It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping details are complete, accurate, and entered in English characters. If a shipment fails to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If the customer requests that the order be re-shipped to the corrected address, additional shipping fees must be paid in full before the order is dispatched again.
* We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or for delays that occur after shipment.
* Once dispatched, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you and the shipping carrier.
* If you refuse to pay customs fees or fail to collect your parcel, the carrier may return or dispose of the shipment, and no refund will be issued.
